    Was at a hotel in Overland Park, ordered 20 minutes till closing time (140 am). I was assured it was fine I was ordering so late. I was given a estimate of 45-50 minutes. Not only did it show up, but well before the estimated time! The deliveryman informed me he was the guy who took my order. Besides bringing it to the hotel, he came upstairs and delivered straight to the room! He was tipped well for his effort and food was great! I will be ordering from them again my next trip! Thank you!

    The WORST lasagna I have ever tasted. Sorry, but I just did not like it, it was too sweet and was suppose to have meat sauce. It was a wasted $10 and I will stick with the one item I like, chicken alfredo.

    My secretary and I order from you guys a lot. A few mistake here or there are no big deal (I used to work in food service, I get it) but today was truly terrible food and service. We ordered at 1:35. I ordered my usual Cheese Tortoleni w/xtra sauce. (which they frequently mess up, but today it was prepared PERFECTLY) and she ordered Chicken Alfredo and and order of Meatballs. I am not sure what food/dish she was given, and neither was your store, but it was not Chicken Alfredo (or meatballs for that matter). It was spaghetti with red sauce, green peppers, tomato chunks and cheese. Her meatballs were not meat balls. It was sliced meat. I called the store and the guy that answered told me that he had no clue what that food was and then he said "Do you want to talk to a manager? What? Do you want your money back or something?" I just hung up. He obviously wasn't going to be of any help. We weren't looking for money, we just wanted our food. Also, it took an hour to get here from right up the street. I got the notice that it was out for delivery at 1:54 but it did not get here until 2:45. I called the store at 2:20 and a woman there told me that it was out for delivery and had been gone for a while. The guy then called me, wanting to know where he was supposed to go. I put the directions on the order which clearly told him exactly where to go (I know this because it is on the reciept), yet he called from (He told us he was "across the street")across the street to ask. We are the only hospital over in this area, and the reciept clearly stated to go to the main entrance of Overland Park Regional Hospital, yet he still called. He had to have been looking right at us when he called from across the street. Seriously? Then, when he actually got here, he went to the front desk and had Security try to find us. He called me just fine from "across the street" but when he actually got here with the food, he suddenly couldn't call? All in all, it was a truly disappointing transaction. Certainly not worth the $25 I gave the guy. It is frustrating to give that much money for the wrong food which arrived an hour late and cold. Especially with the "whatver" attitude we got from everyone involved. I don't get too upset about food service, but this is just not like your store at all! we pretty much always have a good experience with you - even with errors, it is usually minor or fixed right away (lost /missing items and such) and not anything like today.     This was NOT the Westport Sarpinos. Our store was not an option above. We are the only hospital in the area... It clearly states on the reciept that he was supposed to be at Overland Park Regional Hospital. Seriously... ? He had to have been looking right at us while he was calling about where he was supposed to be. He told me he was across the street. All in all, very disappointing transaction today, and CERTAINLY not worth the $25 I gave that guy. It frustrating to give that much money for late, wrong and cold food and then the "beats me" attitude when we called.

    Worst Mexican pizza I have ever seen. Thought I would hold the tomato, and onion. Got delivered with onion and no other topping. Took a picture of this "Mexican pizza" without anything. No lettuce, not shit on the top except maybe some bean like stuff and melted cheese. Just looks like a cheese pizza. Doesn't look anything like the picture in the advertisement. Do plan to post picture online. I opened the box and was in awe that I could have waited 2:15 minutes for a pizza that looked like this. Worst. 0/10

    Fantastic pizza! I always order a parm and sausage pizza, delivery time isn't always fast but a perfect pizza always takes time, And is well worth it! Also their staff is always friendly. For the past 5 years this has been my favorite pizza spot!

    Sarpino's Pizzeria in Overland Park, Kansas is absolutely amazing! The manager's Tom & Alex are definitely running not only one of the best Italian food restaurants in the area, but also easily the best delivery restaurant I've ever ordered from. The menu options are extremely impressive, and the consistent quality and freshness of their menu item ingredients ensure that anything I order is always delicious every time. They also have one of the most knowledgeable, professional, and curteous staff, that's always able to answer any questions I have to make sure my order is perfect, and even get the best deal for my money. I love Sarpino's Pizzeria, and I highly recommend them! ★★★★★

    Fire your marketing department! After ordering delivery for our business from Sarpino's (great food, btw), we started to receive junk mail. An over-sized postcard arrived with the message "Thanks!" on the front and "Please come back soon!" on the back. How utterly worthless! A waste of paper! Do you really think that I consider this trash to be a sincere thank-you note? It was addressed to "Current Resident", for crying out loud! At the very least, print your menu on the darn thing or include a coupon. That would at least make it somewhat useful.

    We absolutely loved this pizza!! We came to KC and the hotel receptionist reccomended this pizza to us and we were very impressed. We are both vegetarian and they had plenty of options for us. When we went to pock up our pizza it was very crowded at midnight on a Saturday so we knew it was going to be delicious, and it certainly did not dissapoint. I definitely reccomend this pizza to anyone in the area.

    We've been loyal customers for almost five years now. Every now and then, something goes awry, but the store managers always respond quickly to any errors with a friendly, customer-satisfaction-oriented attitude. We've ordered and enjoyed a wide variety of the menu offerings (the spinach salad is AMAZING). Our most recent order might well be the best pizzas yet! The order was accurate and perfectly cooked, with deliciously balanced toppings. The pizzas arrived piping hot & delivered by yet another awesome Sarpino's driver. Looking forward to the next five years of fantastic pizza!

    Well, I placed my order set the timer and expected the results of yet another one of those pizza delivery places. But...WOW!!! Delicious!!! Hot delicious pizza,raviolo and wings! delivery time promised was 45 mins, I got it in 30!! I have to say, the cheese bonanza pizza was perfect, generous with toppings and as if it actually came right out of my kitchen oven. just fab! The salad and tiramisu was just as delightful. I would be the first person to post those restaurants that do not stand up to their promises, thus i rightfully feel the need to let others know when I come across a great pizza/Italian delivery/restaurant. Thank you Sarpinos!!! I'll be back!

    This is my 3rd time ordering from Sarpino's. Every experience has been great! Food is always fresh and hot and drinks are cold. I'm often frustrated with other delivery places and their drivers not understanding simple directions like North or around the corner when directing them to my apartment. Sarpino's drivers have brains, thank God! Thank you so much!

    I honestly am not sure about the date of service, (I'm close though). I wanted to make sure I took the time to say I did give this location another chance and used my $20.00 comp. I must say the service was so much better! The food was hot when it arrived and I really do love the taste of the pizza! So thank you very much for making it right and I will definitely return.
