I ordered a large calzone and 2 20 ounce drinks for delivery and was told it would take 30-45 minutes for delivery. I received a call 1 hour later and the gentleman told me there had been a mixup with my order and it was being remade and would be delivered within 30 minutes. It has been over 30 minutes and I am still waiting.

I've ordered from Sarpinos probably 50-60 times, and one time the driver showed up and I didn't have cash, so I wrote a check (since cashed and paid!) and I was put on a blacklist. I called once during the week later w/an order and the manager took me off the blacklist, at least for that day, but then I called a couple of weeks later with an order on a weekend and was told Sarpinos couldn't take my money -- even if I gave 'em a credit card guaranteed over the phone or offered cash. That's screwed up, for a guy who's ordered from you almost 50 tims with only one error (and in retrospect is wondering if he offered way too many tips). BTW, I'm entering a random date -- July something -- just bc I have to in order to send this through. I'm not sure it was that date. But the local people will know.

So I ordered spaghetti with Alfredo sauce. I am allergic to jalapeños and found one in my food and would like a refund or something as I can't eat the food I bought. Contact me please.

Larry at your NW store is the best. The selection to your website on a search leads me to a horrible app. I felt Larry had done a far better job than any app. I also feel you should take into consideration that customer service is something I seek, and no app will ever do that. Calling in your pizza order is far easier and more fun than ordering online. Remember that.

Always great! Took a couple of tries to figure out the online ordering, but that was just an address issue, nothing on sarpinos end. Great pizza, great wings, really great deals.

Not only did it take me close to two hours to order the pizza, because the website was so confusing, when I finally placed the order, their Austin location , even though their website said otherwise. I spoke with the manager, who said he would work it out so someone would drive it over, which was nice, considering the amount of trouble I'd gone through. When it arrived, over an hour later, I found SEVERAL long pieces of dark brown hair in it. Not only did I pay $38 dollars for the pizza (not including the $2.50 tip), I also went to bed hungry. Being that this was the first time I've ordered pizza from here, I'm not to inclined to do that again.

DELICIOUS as always. However, delivery, once again lacking. I didn't get the soda I ordered and pre-paid for. Again, amazing food, but there is almost always something missing. with delivery.

I tried Sarpino's for the first time a couple of weeks ago, this is my second order. I've been pretty impressed: 1. They are further from me than the big chains, yet deliver quicker. 2. They have a better selection of ingredients and sides, notably garlic on pizzas and decent salads. 3. The pizza is better too, and overall they are more comparable to a local "luxury" place like Austin's Pizza but with better prices. A couple of notes: i. I once got an Eastern European delivery driver who was what we call a "chancer" in Scotland - the tab was ~$22.50, I only had twenties and gave him $40, and he asked if he could keep the $17.50, pretending not to speak much English ... very counter to Texas culture ii. The Cedar Park Sarpinos is in fact technically in Austin, but is in Williamson County. Everyone writing reviews seems annoyed by this, but they deliver to me so I could care less.

Last night, a friend and I were having a sleepover and we placed an order with the Pflugerville location. We waited for 2 hours before calling back to check in on our order. After initially being told that our order was transferred to the Anderson Mill location because my house was out of their delivery area, only to find out that it was indeed in the PFlugerville delivery zone, the confusion was cleared and we received the meal free of charge. Not only was the man who handled our call at the Anderson Mill location very helpful and polite, he ensured that we were fully satisfied and that we wouldn't have any hard feelings towards Sarpinos, which was very impressive.
We still love Sarpino's, and despite having to wait over 2 and a half hours for our order, we were fully satisfied with the quality service we received in compensation.

I didn't get the jalapeno or chipotle ranch I paid for.

You guys are incredible. With free delivery, you are the ONLY place I order from anymore. Everything is fairly priced, delicious, and I love that you have so much more than just pizza. Pizza places usually have sub-par salads, but from you they are are superb! Don't ever change!

I thought Id had good pizza before I tried Sarpino's, man was I wrong!
Dominos papa hut doesn't even come close to the quality of Sarpino's. Its not just pizza either. The calzones and salads are equally as good. Do yourself a favor and order from Sarpino's, you will love it!

  • Store:

I order the Italian Calzone a lot, and it is SOOOOO GOOOOOOOD. They are not shy with their toppings, and it's just so cheesy and delicious. They are quick with delivery and the drivers are always super friendly.

  • Store:

Sarpinos was the best and very affordable! I wish they would open up some new locations in Arizona again sometime! I have tried lots of different things on the menu and everything was great!

    Come back to AZ!
